從早上七點我就想運動,直到我真正下樓運動的時候,已經是晚上十一點十二分。運動完之後,全身暢快,享受著我的天然腦內嗎啡。想說怎麼不早點去運動呢?但是從想到真正去運動的那一步總是如此遙遠。有人跟我一樣嗎?
